The Superior Package

Superior walls are built with .050 minimum aluminum posts. This allows for a much more durable room.
Superior doors come with a felt weather stripping. This gives a complete seal around the door and the quietest closing screen door.
Superior kick plates come with an extruded and level trim. This gives the room a professional and completed finish. Also, cement board is available which can be painted to match the house.
Superior jobs are measured with a laser transit. This insures precise measurement.
Superior walls utilize the Superior aluminum hidden faster. Since the walls are built in our shop we are able to screw the posts and beams together in such a way that all screws are hidden.
Superior seamless commercial size gutters up to 44’. Beautiful gutters are available either smooth or textured, like wood, and extra large commercial downspouts that can handle Florida’s rain.
Superior trim around the roof is an extruded drip edge. This style will match the existing house drip edge.
We engineer and build all our rooms to the same wind speed as your house, with wind speed ratings of 120 mph to 140 mph and higher.
