The Superior Package

Superior Aluminum uses only factory-trained installers, no subcontractors. We train each employee using our award winning installation techniques. Prior to becoming a lead installer, each employee must pass our strict Superior test. Also, all employees must pass a background check and agree to our comprehensive drug test program.
We build our Screen Room walls with aluminum framework extruded in the USA not imported from China. Each Screen Room comes with Site Specific Engineering exceeding Florida’s Building Code, and is custom designed to fit your lifestyle
We incorporate a laser transit to measure each Screen Room. This machine detects the pitch of your concrete deck and allows us to fabricate your walls in our controlled factory on level saw and assembly tables, not on the ground in your back yard like other companies.
Most companies build their screen rooms with angle brackets or clips that are surface mounted and exposed. Our screen room walls utilize the Superior Aluminum concealed faster system. Our system installs the brackets inside the aluminum framework. These brackets securely fasten the cross members to the uprights inside the aluminum extrusion, not on the outside.
Have you ever heard that loud bang or clang when a screen door closes? That loud sound is from aluminum hitting aluminum. We designed our screen door with a weather stripping molded into the aluminum frame. When you close our door, you only hear the satisfaction of a completely sealed screen door.
Kick Plates are the bottom portion of a screen room wall that give protection from lawn mowers and weed eaters while adding a decorative element to your screen room. Have you ever seen dented or warped kick plate? Most companies use thin aluminum with cheap trim and surface screw about every 8″ the kick plate to their wall. This method is fast and cheap and can cause the thin aluminum coil to bend or twist. In addition, aluminum coil can dent and ding whenever anything hits it. Over 25 years ago, in the late 80′s we developed a system to bond heavier gage aluminum with extruded aluminum trim attaching to your screen room without ugly surface mounted screws. The heavier aluminum coil lays flatter on the wall and is more durable. This process takes a little longer, and costs a bit more, but is worth the investment. Later in the 90′s, we developed a rigid cement kick plate as an alternative to aluminum coil. Our rigid cement kick plate includes a Lifetime Warrantee, will not dent or ding like aluminum, and is available with a stucco, cedar wood grain or smooth finish that may be painted to match your home.
Your Elite screen room comes standard with 6″ seamless gutter, just like your house. Elite Aluminum recommends our drip edge fascia and gutter system and is their preferred system. This is important, because an unapproved trim or gutter system will void the warranty.
We Seal all Elite Roof Systems with Solar Seal Power Bond. This seam tape seals out water and comes with a 10-year manufactures warranty. With over 36 years experience installing Elite Roof Systems we know what works and what does not. Just caulking a roof here in Florida does not work. Just adding tape to a roof seam does not work. Our proven system does work.

This video was made by our customer. He did a really good job. Please take the time and watch as he transforms his unused backyard into a tranquil retreat.

Royal Pavers worked with the homeowner direct and we added the screen room and screen enclosure. We attached our screen walls through the pavers and into a monolithic footer. The screen room has Elite’s Insulated Roof System and perimeter drip edge fascia trim. We fabricated the screen walls using our hidden fastener system. The major challenge was to design a roof high enough for a fan going around a built out bay window wall on an already low house roof line. In the early 90′s at a house in Orlando my brother and I designed a build up system using super gutter and a structural integrated beam the results were amazing. From that first Orlando screen room we have constructed hundreds of similar rooms and won many awards for best screen room.
