From sales to build, everything was perfect! The entire teams do everything they say and my patio is phenomenal! Communication is also stellar and you know exactly what each step is and when it’s scheduled! And Melissa is the absolute best!
Thank you so much!
I have worked with Superior Aluminum for a few years and they are a company of integrity and will stand behind their product, I had a screen patio added. This company will not take your money and run but will service you time and time again and help resolve any concerns or problems you may have.
I recently had some additional work done and worked with installers Neo and Carl, they were professional, friendly and cared about my property. Melissa was my contact at the office and I could not have been more please. If you want superior work done on your property then look no further and go with a name that can be trusted Superior Aluminum!
We contracted with Superior Aluminum to re-roof our screen room with 3 inch insulated roof panels The panels had to be special ordered because of their size took a while to get them but worth the wait Tim and his team he has there are fantastic with Melissa keeping in contact with us. Keeping us informed on what was going on with the job the crew showed up early on time. It was a pretty big job to remove the existing roof install the new roof in about two days. The workers really knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions. They were very professional they cleaned up after themselves they were very tidy and professional about their work. I would definitely use them again on any future projects I may need. If you need a new screen room roof, give them a call superior Aluminum installation. their name says it all superior.
They certainly represent their name. Superior installation, communtication, professionalism, and service. We are so pleased with our window installation. It bought so much life back to an older home with jalousie windows. Everyone involved from the quote process to the final inspection was totally committed. I would certainly use Superior Aluminum Installations again.
Anthony the technician from Superior Aluminum came to my house to fix the screen after Huracan Milton. The service was excellent and with the collaboration from the whole team off Superior Aluminum we resolved the problem.

The biggest difference is windows vs. screens.
Absolutely. This is one of our top priorities. All of our sunrooms, screen rooms, and pool enclosures are custom-engineered to meet or exceed the stringent Florida Building Code requirements for wind resistance in the Orlando area. We build for durability and your family’s safety.
Not with our modern materials! We use high-performance, insulated glass with special coatings that block harmful UV rays and significantly reduce heat transfer. Paired with insulated roof panels and your home’s A/C, your sunroom will be a comfortable oasis even on the hottest Orlando days.
Yes, in almost all cases, a building permit from your local city or county (like Orange County or the City of Orlando) is required. But don’t worry—we handle the entire permitting process for you, from submitting the plans to scheduling final inspections. It’s part of our complete, hassle-free service.
Most HOAs have specific guidelines for additions like sunrooms and enclosures. We are very experienced in working with Central Florida HOAs and can provide the necessary drawings and design specifications you need to submit for their approval.
Once all permits and any HOA approvals are secured, the on-site construction is surprisingly fast. A typical screen room or pool enclosure can be built in 1 to 2 weeks. A glass sunroom may take 2 to 4 weeks. The permitting phase can vary, but we work diligently to keep your project moving forward.
